"Bobbie is fantastic. I had an odd experience buying a car, and this led to my needing assistance after hours going into the July 4th weekend. Bobbie went above and beyond, taking my call and helping me get coverage even though she was already on vacation. This was a very high level of customer service, and I am greatly appreciative."

"29 years and 10 months we were with Bob Vitt, and the first time we had a home claim due to the huge hail storm of May 2024, he helped claims burn us out of $3,000. He even accidentally cc'd me in an email to them saying I am difficult to work with, and we have paid them continuously on time for over 29 years. Let that sink in, 29 years and 10 months of paid premiums. Our roof damage was $20,000 and our custom awnings were $7,000 and we had $2,000 deductible. So the total contract was $27,000 and I paid the $2,000 which left them owing $25,000. They sent three checks totaling $22,000 and said that was all they were paying. I have been with State Farm since 1971, longer than Bob Vitt has been employed by them. I fired Bob Vitt because he deserved it. This is why he has one of the lower ratings in southeast Wisconsin. I gave him a 1 Star Rating in order to leave this review, but he deserved a 0 Star. If you want a lazy insurance agent that stabs you in the back, Bob Vitt is your guy. 29 years, 10 months people snd that's how he treated us. By the way, he never even stepped foot on our property to see all the hail damage. Our entire neighborhood got hit."
